To celebrate the historical and geographical connection to the sea, The Darwin Club is opening its doors again with a modern Mediterranean cuisine focused on the amazing seafood products that the region has to offer.
The Darwin Club is reopening on the 12th of October with a brand new menu crafted around locally sourced products, to create a unique seafood experience in the Northern Territory.
“We have a deep respect for the amazing seafood product that the region has to offer,” said the executive Chef of the Darwin Club, Richard Brown. “This menu is designed to open the gustative horizons of our guest, but also to create a place where the seafood lovers could enjoy an unforgettable dining memory”
“This menu is created to ravish the senses of our Darwin guests” affirms the CMO of the Admiralty House, Vanessa Perez . “From a locally caught pan fried fillet of fish, to an extensive shellfish platter, we carefully source every single produce highlighted in our menu”.
Easing gently into the wet season, The Darwin club will be opened from
Tuesday to Saturday for dinner exclusively. Our
