Admiralty House COVID Safe Guidelines
Admiralty House has recommenced operations and we are delighted to see the return of clients and guests to our world-class venue. It is important during this challenging time to reassure clients, guests, staff and visitors that their safety and well-being will always be our first priority, and all measures to ensure a safe environment have been implemented as recommended by the Australian and Northern Territory Government Departments of Health.
As part of these new measures, employees working on site have received COVID-19 health and safety training. Admiralty House will work with patrons in order to share information regarding the current measures, including;
- Current health and travel restrictions and specific guidelines for each state.
- The venues Health & Safety Guidelines and a Health Compliance Statement.
On Arrival:
- Admiralty House has 2 main entry points, each entry point has clear signage displayed for check in - they are located along The Esplanade, ground floor access to Char Restaurant and second story access to The Darwin Club.
- Sanitiser is available to all patrons at any stage throughout their time at the venue.
- Temperature reading devices are available for functions upon order, however, they are not a mandatory safety measure required to enter the venue. Indicative costs will be provided on request.
Food Service:
- Heavy cleaning regimes are in place with additional diligence regarding the daily sanitisation of surfaces.
Health & Hygiene
- The team have restructured cleaning techniques to match the Safe Work Australia “How To” cleaning manual.
- WH&S policies and procedures will remain in place and risk assessments incorporate a COVID-19 inclusion.
- Sanitisers will be available throughout the venue to allow staff and patrons to sanitise their hands before entering the premises.
